Writing Blurbs

blurb (n.) A brief publicity notice, as on a book jacket. This is the definition according to Webster's dictionary. All though I use it somewhat out of context, ("Hey you have a little blurb of something on your shirt." "There was a blurb about that on the radio." )it seems to be a fairly popular word, and I like saying it. So here you have it...My Writing Blurbs..

I have time

Couldn't help it. I tried to tell myself, "You just posted a blog..get back to work." For some reason, the thought of writing kept creeping up on me. All though I'm here at work and my boss will be expecting my weekly status.. I have time.

Something to think about....Have you ever seen the sky look exactly the same? Stepping outside, looking up at the powerful paintings takes my breath away. The images of white cotton balls chasing one another or the streaks of orange and pink across the horizon. How could someone believe that it is only by chance that the sky looks the way it does? What is the scientific explanation for that?

Day One

Here I am.. day one of blogging. Strange. Everything in the past that I've written has been kept in locked drawers, in secret storage places or saved on a password protected document. I shall no longer remain quiet!! Most everyone has something to say, whether it be about religion, politics, relationships, work... Unfortunately our world today is so PC (politically correct for any of you that aren't saavy with the term) we can't seem to say anything without someone getting offended. Ridiculous!

I'd like to make it a challenge for me to write on my blog as often as possible. Sometimes there could be just lines of nonsense and babbling, other times I may enlighten you with my words of wisdom (sarcasm). Whatever my mind decides to spill out, I'll try to write it out here.
